The Tap Upon Your Leg That Tells You 'Go'
This has been one of my top 5 songs of all time for quite a while now and always will be. I just watched NOVA's Firewars documentary and was reminded of this song about the August '49 fire which was the first to claim the lives of smokejumpers. 13 died, 3 did not. I am moved to tears every time I hear it but more so each time I play it myself on the guitar. I can never make it all the way through. Not once.
